“Asked a question at 11pm, had an answer before breakfast — and they added a wheelchair note to the route.”

BUYING

What exactly do I get for kr 100?

One complete PDF guide — 32 to 38 pages — with three timed walking routes, 42 numbered stops, printable vector maps and a shortlist of places to eat with real prices. No subscription, no upsell.

BUYING

Is the free sample really free?

Yes, and we do not ask for anything in return — not even an email address. Open any guide and download the first six pages: one full walking route with its map. No card details, no sign-up, no list.

DELIVERY

How do I get the guide after paying?

Instantly by email: a download link plus your access code. The link never expires and the code re-opens your download on any device, so a new phone is not a new purchase.

DELIVERY

Nothing arrived. What now?

Check spam and promotions first — ship wifi is slow, so give it two minutes. Then email us the address you used and we resend it by hand, no proof of purchase needed.

USING IT

Does it work without mobile data?

That is the whole point. Download it on wifi before you go ashore and the PDF, maps included, works with your phone in airplane mode. It prints cleanly on A4 too.

USING IT

Can my whole travel party use one guide?

Share it with the people you travel with — family, friends, your cabin. We only ask that you do not post it publicly or resell it. Groups over 15 people, get in touch for a licence.

USING IT

How fit do I need to be?

Every route lists distance, total ascent and an honest difficulty note — including which cobbles are brutal in the rain and which viewpoints you can reach step-free. City walks are flat options; trail guides say plainly when a climb is a climb.

CRUISE

My ship only docks for five hours.

Each guide has 2-, 4- and 6-hour versions of the route, measured from the actual cruise quay, with a buffer built in so you are back on board early rather than sprinting.

MONEY

Can I get a refund?

Until you download it, yes — write to us while the PDF is still undownloaded and we refund in full, no form and no questions. The download is the cut-off, not a number of days: once the file is on your device the guide has been delivered and we cannot take it back. A file that will not open is always our problem, downloaded or not.

MONEY

Which payment methods work?

Card, Apple Pay and Vipps, all handled by Stripe. Prices are in Norwegian kroner with VAT included, and you are charged the exact amount shown at checkout.

LANGUAGE

Which languages are the guides in?

All six guides are written in English. Norwegian editions of Bergen, Oslo and Geiranger are out now, with German and Spanish in translation for next season.

Try one before you decide.

Six free pages of any guide, downloaded in seconds. No email needed.
